Not a problem. Each function in Milestone Medical is completely modular. Sometimes practices outsource functions such as authorizations, so we simply don’t activate the Insurance Team application, but every other function continues to work.

How does pricing work?
There are two components to pricing Milestone Medical: Salesforce licenses and a monthly fee. If you already have Salesforce licenses, Milestone Medical can work with those existing licenses. If you don’t already have licenses, we can help you get the right licenses.

How does Milestone Medical integrate with our EHR?
When it comes to the EHR, Milestone Medical is fully ready to integrate. The only limited factor is the EHR because some have more integration functionality than others. However, even in those cases where a direct integration is not possible, Milestone Medical is able to process what are known as flat files (fancy word for a CSV) using Salesforce’s bulk API, so all key workflows in Milestone Medical are driven by EHR data.
