MilestoneMedical Connects with Tebra to Drive Every Workflow in Your Practice
Tebra (formerly Kareo and PatientPop) exposes its data and functionality through a SOAP-based API designed for third-party integration. The API supports access to patient demographics, scheduling, clinical records, insurance information, and billing — and includes ‘ExternalId’ fields on most entities so integrators can map Tebra records to identifiers in their own systems. Tebra also runs a formal Partner Program, including an API Integrator track for vendors building production integrations.
Working with Tebra’s API requires going through their developer onboarding, signing the appropriate partner agreements, and managing the SOAP request/response layer in production. Setting up your Tebra integration — and keeping it running — is part of the MilestoneMedical service. We handle the technical lift and ongoing maintenance, so your practice never has to think about it.
